UPDATE: September 21 - These cheap Delta fares to San Francisco are back! They were around for virtually just hours last time before going back up.

UPDATE @ 5:38 PM - Looks like Delta has put them back up. That was short lived!
Delta just loaded all their fares from Ottawa to San Francisco at $322 roundtrip after taxes, about a 50% discount off the usual bottom price.
It looks to have affected fares all the way up to August 2013. It's not an advertised sale, so there's no telling how long it will last.
Here's how to find it...
1. Go to http://www.delta.com
2. Search for a flight from Ottawa to San Francisco
3. Hit 'Find Flights'

Just a heads up that Air Canada, American Airlines, Delta, United, and US Airways all look to be engaging in a bit of an unadvertised fare war to Phoenix. They've just dropped their prices throughout most of their schedule between August 2012 and all the way up to June 2013 !

I've been waiting a long time for this! Turkey has always been near the top of my list of places on this planet that I want to check out (and it's a long list). Fares are *never* cheap though, and usually hover around a minimum of $1100-$1200 roundtrip after taxes.
