United Airlines has just dropped the price of their Ottawa - Hong Kong (HKG) flights down to a ridiculous price of $596 CAD roundtrip including taxes.

1. Start with a search on Google Flights, like this one...

- It looks like most date combinations have sold out.
2. Click on the departure date input box to bring up the calendar view
3. Scroll around the calendar view, looking for cheap date combinations. You can adjust the trip length near the bottom left.
4. Click on the dates until you get to the 'Book With United' button. This will take you to the United Airlines website for booking. The price will be in $CAD.

Update @ 5:23 PM : Delta seems to have caught on and the price is now back up unfortunately. There were reports that the reverse was working for a while as well (out of a Canadian city, back into a U.S. city). Could still be worth trying.
