United Airlines and All Nippon Airways (ANA) have dropped the price of their flights from Ottawa to Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam down to between $624 CAD roundtrip including taxes.

How to find and book this deal
These can take some digging to find.
1. Try starting with a Google Flights search like this one:
Google Flights: Ottawa to Bangkok, Thailand
Google Flights: Ottawa to Manila, Philippines
Google Flights: Ottawa to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for cheap date combinations.
2. Go to Flighthub
Search for a flight from Ottawa to...
Bangkok, Thailand (BKK)
or
Manila, Philippines (MNL)
or
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (SGN)
Try the same dates you found with Google Flights.
NOTE: Not every date combination from Google Flights seems to work. You may need to try a few different dates to find these, or to find dates that don't have ridiculously long flights. The fastest flights have around 24-29 hours of total travel time.
